Great River Winter 2016 Classes

Warm up your winter with Tai Chi! Try this wonderful exercise for mindfulness, health, relaxation, and self-defense. We'll work on everyday applications and tai chi principles, and learn about the philosophy and benefits of practice.
Great River's Winter beginners class starts Sunday, January 10th, 7-8 p.m. Classes meet at 4200 Cedar Avenue South (entrance on 42nd Street). Register at the first night of classes. Tuition: $150 for ten weeks. Missed classes can be made up during the quarter.
