Spring Forward with Tai Chi!

Tai Chi can help with mind-body-spirit! This unique mindfulness exercise/martial art can improve your balance, posture, and blood pressure.
Learn the basics of Tai Chi in our 8-week beginners class, starting Sunday, March 29, 7-8 pm, through May 17.
Tuition: $120
Register at class the first night. New students accepted through April 5th.
