Sunday, January 19th, 7-8 pm—Tai Chi and Balance: Encompassing how we stand, walk and move, balance is integral to everyday life. What does balance mean to you? Come explore physical balance as a metaphor for life balance, and more.
Sunday, January 26th, 7-8 pm—Tai Chi for Relaxation: Create your own relaxed state without ‘checking out’, or using sleep aids or self-medicating drugs. Be good to your self for 10 minutes every day through t’ai chi.

NEW! Sunday, February 2, 7-8 pm—10-week Beginner's Class. Learn the basics of T'ai Chi in this relaxed atmosphere. Tuition $150.

Beginners II: Ongoing, Sundays, 6-7 pm Work on the solo tai chi form. Tuition $150 for ten weeks.
Intermediate-Advanced: Ongoing, Thursdays, 6-8 pm. Includes Solo form, Exercises, Push Hands. Tuition $88 per month.
