World Tai Chi Day in Twin Cities

Celebrate World Tai Chi and Qigong Day in the Twin Cities with Great River Tai Chi and other groups at Normandale Community College, Saturday, April 30th, from 9 till noon. Enjoy demonstrations, free classes, drawings, and more. Free and open to the public.
Tai chi has many benefits, besides being fun and interesting. It can enhance the body in sports performance in golf, horse riding, running, and so on. It has been shown to benefit health in many ways, from improving balance and posture, lowering blood pressure, to managing depression, Parkinson's symptoms, and more---a true lifetime exercise for all. Tai Chi can help the mind and spirit by improving focus and calm.
